Our camper area is located within the property, about 2 km from the Passo del Lume Spento on the provincial road, five kilometers from the center of Montalcino.


The parking area is in a tree-lined, shaded area, bordering our vineyards. The farmhouse (where the guest bathroom, without a shower, and the restaurant are located) is about 100 meters away.
We do not have drainage and bathrooms.
Therefore, only camper parking is permitted.
No vans or tents.
L'area camper è dotata di allaccio elettrico con prese specifiche, di un punto per il rifornimento idrico e di un'area attrezzata con gazebo.


Si pregano gli ospiti di rispettare il regolamento dell'area e di smaltire i rifiuti in autonomia. Non disponiamo di scarichi. Tuttavia, è possibile utilizzarne gratuitamente uno a Montalcino, in via Osticcio, a circa 5 minuti di distanza.


L'accesso al Podere "Il Cocco" avviene tramite una strada comunale sterrata di circa due chilometri, da percorrere a velocità moderata.


Essendo una strada comunale, la sua manutenzione è di competenza del Comune di Montalcino, ma potrebbero comunque verificarsi delle buche.
