Our camper area is located on the property, about 2 km from Passo del Lume Spento on the provincial road, five kilometers from the town center of Montalcino.


The car park is in a wooded area, shaded by Italian Stone Pines and on the edge of our vineyards. The farmhouse (where the bathroom without shower for customers and the restaurant is located) is about 100 m away.
We do not have drains.

The camper area is equipped with electricity with specific sockets, a point for water supply and an area equipped with gazebos.


Guests are kindly requested to respect the regulation of the area and the disposal of waste independently. 

We do not have drains. However drains can beu sed free of charge in Montalcino, in via Osticcio about 5 minutes away.


Access to the Podere "Il Cocco" is via a municipal graveled road of about two kilometers which must be traveled at moderate speed.


Being a municipal road, its maintenance is under the responsibility of the Municipality of Montalcino, but there might be nevertheless potholes.
