Our wines

Il Cocco produces diverse certified organic wines: Brunello di Montalcino, Rosso di Montalcino, Still Rosé Wine Bongiorno, Spumante Laila wine and other red berried wines also follow the vintages.
Our wine tastings which are carried out exclusively by reservation, it is possible, to know the company philosophy and how we work, as well as to experience our wines.
Our vineyards are located in the center of the Brunello lands, about 5 km from the historic center of Montalcino, and enjoying a microclimate with a favorable south-east exposure receiving both Sirocco and Tramontana winds, at an altitude of 600 meters above sea level.
This particular position reduces the proliferation of diseases harmful to grapes. The organic processing method uses only organic and bioavailable elements (low doses of copper and sulfur and the use of natural fertilizers) according to ancient peasant traditions, with a pinch of new technologies and knowledge.
In line with our philosophy we do not use chemical and synthetic products (fungicides, herbicides and chemical coconut fertilizers are banned), but to give life to our land and support it to give us something unique. Throughout the biological cycle, the vine plants are constantly assisted and the grapes at the time of harvest are carefully harvested by hand.
