Five double rooms, a few kilometers from Montalcino, all on the first floor of the ancient Tuscan farmhouse located on “Poggio Cocco”. It is possible to stay as a couple, with maximum privacy, in rooms with private bathroom or in small groups and book two or three rooms so you can have a self-contained part of the farm. All rooms have their own bathroom and are equiped with air conditioning.

Two of the five rooms are in the newest part of the farmhouse "Il Cocco", built in 1900 and three of the five rooms belong to the oldest part of the farmhouse, dating back to 1400.

All rooms are located on the first floor of the ancient Tuscan farmhouse on “Poggio Cocco”, all have a private bathroom. It is possible to arrange in some rooms an additional bed on request.

Upon your arrival, you will find inside your room a bathroom kit and towels for your stay, additionally a small "greeting" gadget and a bottle of mineral water. On demand we are more than happy to prepare one of our wines with two glasses in your room for you.
L'appartamento Il Cocco Grande nella parte più antica del casale, della dimensione totale di 120mq, è composto da tre camere matrimoniali (con possibilità di letti aggiuntivi in due di esse) e un ampio soggiorno con camino e angolo cottura.

L'appartamento ll Cocco Piccolo nella parte nuova del casale, con una superficie totale di 90 mq, è un luminoso appartamento con camino, ampie finestre, una cucina, due camere matrimoniali (con possibilità di un letto aggiuntivo in una di esse).

È possibile prenotare ogni appartamento (che ha ingressi indipendenti) ad uso esclusivo oppure ciascuna camera separatamente.
