Tasting notes and pairings:
The nose is energetic and alive, ethereal, notes of raspberry, blackberry and black cherry, floral violet. More complex tertiary scents emerge shortly after, a little pepper and candle wax. Good acidity, balanced alcohol and not at all aggressive tannins. Elegant, persistent and ready to drink wine.
Pairing: with wild meats and 50% dark chocolate.
