Tasting notes and pairings:
It has a beautiful intense pink color, almost pomegranate, unfiltered. On the nose it has hints of fresh fruit, strawberry, raspberry and watermelon.
On the palate it is fresh and pleasantly drinkable, the bubbles are very delicate, the acidity recalls the sip, alcohol in balance.
